“Flag football builds strong bodies, sharp minds, and great teammates!”
The Recreation Department is bringing NFL Flag Football onboard for the 2026 season! Registration begins in April and the season runs June and July. We focus on fundamentals: the model is 1 hour of practice and then 1 hour of game play. The program runs 8 weeks on Friday evenings at the Max Foster Sports Complex.
Age divisions: 6–7 years, 8–9 years, 10–11 years, and 12–15 years. With assistance from the Livingston High School Football Team we have a great coaching staff. The cost is $65 for residents and $70 for non-residents; the fee includes an official NFL Flag Football jersey and the flag belt.
Playing flag football is fantastic for kids because it combines fun, fitness, teamwork, and skill development in a safe, non-contact version of football.
