If you have a talent or skill that you would like to teach the community, the Livingston Recreation Department may be able to assist you.
The first step is to contact the Recreation Department. We will set up a meeting to talk about the class you would like to teach. A packet of information is completed, which includes a resume, lesson plans, and a fee worksheet. A background check is done on all of our instructors, and a plan is put in place for starting the class. Most contracts are done on a percentage split, and the Recreation Department assists with promotion, facilities, and enrollment.
