City of Livingston Recreation athletic programs give every player an equal opportunity to participate, build good character and teamwork, teach the principles of fair play and good sportsmanship, improve physical fitness, and have fun.

When children play, they develop the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive skills they need to succeed in life. Sport and recreation programs are the most common way children participate in organized play, and a quality recreation program makes that daily play count.
