The first 4 Fridays in October the Recreation Department will sponsor Food Truck Fridays! The community is invited to come and have fellowship over a meal at the Rec-Plex Facility on D & 6th Streets. Each week is a fundraiser for the facility to help furnish the equipment needed for programming.
The Rec-Plex parking lot off C Street will be filled with a variety of food trucks, and the community can go inside the Rec-Plex for seating and family-oriented entertainment and activities!
The event is open to community organizations and vendors to recruit, sell, or just give out information. We will have open mic every Friday — come and perform (must be family friendly!).
We are looking for vendors, businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, and community members that want a table each week to share their services. Food truck applications are closed; vendors still interested can be placed on a wait list.
2025 food truck line-up included: Aiko Ramen, The Churro Spot, The Rock Pizza Oven, Dough Getter Bakery, Sueno Coffee Company, Kettle Kraz, Vitality Bowls of Turlock, Villas Mexican Grill, Smash Town 209, Antojitos Bros, Bubbalicious 209, Krepe Dog, Mexi Teriyaki, Mamas Mix Bar, The Sweet Lemon Shack, Chef Sena 209, and Bingsu Bliss Ice Cream.
