Livingston non-profit organizations are eligible for a chance to sell safe and sane fireworks for their organization. Any Livingston non-profit group of 15 members or more with a 501(c)(3) that is interested must complete a lottery submission form along with a $25 application fee and return it to Livingston City Hall before the deadline. No late entries will be accepted — no exceptions.
Should more than 5 non-profits enter the lottery, the drawing will be held at a City Council meeting. Submission forms can be picked up at City Hall, 1416 C Street, or downloaded below.
